Olympics live stream: Watch women’s curling bronze medal Great Britain vs. Japan online
Here’s how you can watch Team GB take on Japan in the bronze medal match of the women’s curling tournament.
As the curling at the Pyeongchang 2018 Winter Olympics comes to a close, Great Britain and Japan will sweep it out for the bronze medal. The game will take place early (6:05 a.m. ET) Saturday morning, with the gold medal match between Sweden and South Korea taking the primetime slot.
Team GB was ranked third coming out the round robin, having won six of its games. Japan won five of nine and was ranked fourth. (There was no tie-breaker game in the women’s tournament on account of the decisive win totals.) In their last matchup, in session 10, the Brits were victorious, winning 8-6, though with the exception of two high scoring ends, it was a game won and swung by single point ends. Great Britain shot 78 percent in the game whereas Japan shot 75 percent. If both teams bring the same skill — and why wouldn’t they, it’s for a bronze medal no less — curling fans should be in for a well-matched showdown.
NBC will provide a live stream of the women’s curling bronze medal match in real time via their website, NBCOlympics.com, as well as the NBC Sports App for those who wish to watch online. Great Britain vs. Japan will also be available to watch on TV at 2 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
