The 2018 Winter Olympics Games officially comes to an end on Feb. 25 with the Closing Ceremony. Let’s break down who will be there.

The Olympics Games start and end with a big celebration. The Opening Ceremony is a celebration of the start of the Games, a time when everyone is bonded by one moment in time where there are no wins and losses and everyone has the same chances of winning gold. By contrast, the Closing Ceremony is a celebration of the host country, a time to say thank you to everyone who helped bring the Games to life.

As with the start of the Olympics, each country is represented by their respective flag and a delegation. Many members of the host country’s government will be in attendance. The United States flag bearer will be gold medalist Jesse Diggins, who won gold in cross-country skiing. The U.S. delegation will be led by Ivanka Trump. Dignitaries from around the world will gather with their athletes to celebrate their accomplishments. Family and friends of the athletes will also be there along with many other Olympics fans, many of whom weren’t able to attend the Opening Ceremony.

Not all of the athletes will be in attendance at the Closing Ceremony. Many athletes must return home after finishing their competitions, and some, especially those who didn’t win medals, would prefer not sticking around the Olympics Village through the end of the Games. You can expect to see a lot of athletes who are retiring from their sports, athletes like Lindsay Vonn who know they won’t be back after 2018. This is their big swan song and the Closing Ceremony is the biggest retirement party around.

Speaking of parties, the Closing Ceremony will be full of musical guests, including several K Pop bands, pyrotechnics and a celebration of Korean culture as the country shows off one more time before the flame is extinguished and the Games officially come to a close.
