With Madrid playing the second leg of their Champions League against Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, Zidane will likely be cautious and rest the players.
Pepe Bordalás’ side has picked up points in seven of their last eight games to help them move into the top half of the table. Getafe defeated Deportivo de La Coruña 3-0 on Wednesday with Ángel Rodríguez and Jorge Molina both scoring. Rodriguez leads the club with 11 goals, while Molina is second with seven goals. Rodriguez and Molina have combined for 18 goals of Getafe’s 32 goals. While Getafe have scored the eighth fewest goals in La Liga, they have allowed the third fewest goals. Bordalás will likely use a conservative gameplan and try to steal a point from a Madrid side that might be looking ahead to their Champions League game.
