Couldn’t get enough of snowboarding in the 2018 Winter Olympics? There’s more shredding to be done at the 2018 Burton U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships in the men’s slopestyle semifinals on Wednesday.
Much of the world only tunes in to watch pro-level snowboarding every four years during the Winter Olympics, but true aficionados of the sport know there are multiple events throughout the calendar year.
With the conclusion of the Pyeongchang Games, the next professional snowboarding tournament on the books is the 2018 Burton U.S. Open Snowboarding Championships, which run from March 5-10 in Vail, Colorado.
After the women complete their slopestyle semifinal run at 12 p.m. ET, the men will take to the slopes to show off their stuff.
Here’s everything you need to know to watch:
Burton U.S. Open Men’s Slopestyle Semifinals

One heat of 32 men will compete in the semifinals, with the top 10 riders advancing to finals.
The rider list for this year’s Open includes Pyeongchang men’s slopestyle gold medalist, American Red Gerard, as well as his best friend and big air silver medal winner, Kyle Mack.
Gerard has been hard at work practicing as he prepares to try and snag another gold medal in a slopestyle event this season.

He did so in dramatic fashion in the Pyeongchang Games, sitting at dead last heading into the third and final run before throwing down a switch backside 1260 on the Wu-Tang jump and a remarkably clean backside triple cork 1440 to solidify his gold medal theft.
Gerard will look to show off those big tricks again at Vail’s Golden Peak.
