When it comes to March Madness, the NCAA has an exclusive deal with CBS Sports and Turner Sports to air all games on either CBS, TBS, TNT or TruTV, giving the NCAA Tournament four national networks to carry the games. That means that you can only catch NCAA men’s basketball on those channels during the tournament, and you can also stream the games live through individual channels’ websites, CBS All Access streaming service, and the NCAA’s own March Madness Live streaming site.
The 2018 Selection Sunday Show will air live on TBS on Sunday, March 11, at 6pm ET. You can watch online via the TBS website or you can stream it through the NCAA’s March Madness Live streaming service.
