High Value SG
Buddy Hield, SAC at OKC ($5,100): Bogdanovic hasn’t produced as of late while this is a matchup that Hield has found great success against this season. The Kings guard is averaging 34.4 fantasy points in three games against the Thunder this year. That includes a 39.25 fantasy points effort in Oklahoma City on Feb. 22. Unless Bogdanovic has a bounce-back night, Hield looks to be the better option for the time being. If you want a cheap guard from this game, Corey Brewer is a low-cost option who has done very well as the starter in Oklahoma City. ***
Ben McLemore, MEM vs MIL ($5,300): If Tyreke Evans plays, McLemore is a risk. He’ll likely be moved back to the bench and there is no guarantee he’ll get the minutes he’s currently getting. And there is certainly no guarantee that he’ll get the opportunities that he’s currently getting as the starter. If Evans plays, look towards Eric Gordon ($5,200) or even Wayne Ellington ($4,000). The latter could see an increase in minutes with Dwyane Wade out. But if Evans doesn’t play, McLemore is a solid bet. ***
Josh Richardson, MIA at POR ($5,300): Richardson has seen a downtick in his minutes as the Miami bench plays well. But Dwyane Wade is unlikely to play on Monday, which means Richardson should see an increase in his minutes. Even in limited minutes the past two games, he’s been right at value in both contests. He needs 23.4 fantasy points to hit value on Monday. With no Wade and a tough matchup against the Trail Blazers, he should be in store for a strong night. ****
