The belle of the NFL free agency ball is having some fun. Kirk Cousins is getting a little cryptic in his farewell post.

There is a big domino that will impact the entire NFL offseason. Kirk Cousins’ free agency will dictate what teams do in the draft, who gets traded and dictate a market for quarterbacks. His free agency will be watched like a hawk across the entire NFL.

One watchful eye caught what possibly could be Cousins hinting at his next team.

Master Tesfatsion of Bleacher Report noticed that the former Washington Redskins quarterback tagged the Minnesota Vikings and New York Jets. Cousins published a farewell post on his personal website thanking the Redskins organization. In that post there were tags linking to the Jets and Vikings. Both of which have now been removed.

There have been rumors that Cousins was narrowing down his search to the two teams. Minnesota has roster in place that a big time quarterback could push to the Super Bowl. Meanwhile the Jets have an absurd amount of cap space to offer Cousins.

The cryptic tags, that are no longer up, could just be another sign that his search is down to those two teams. There are reports that Cousins will take one, or two visits before making his decision.

Cousins has spent the last two years playing under one-year franchise tags in Washington. Those two have paid him almost $50 million for his efforts. Money may not be at the top of his wish list. Whoever get his services will still make him one of, if not the, highest paid quarterback in the NFL.

This whole free agency bonanza surrounding Cousins shows how rare it is for a quarterback of his talent levels and success to hit the open market. Teams are awaiting his decision so the rest of the quarterback dominoes can fall.
