NCAA Tournament 2018: What channel is TNT on Time Warner/Spectrum?

It is March, and you know what that means! The Madness is back! Here is what you need to watch TNT on Time Warner Cable.
Well folks, March has come around once again, and we all know what that means right? The 2018 NCAA Tournament is back again folks! For college basketball fans, this is the most exciting time of year, and for a very good reason! I mean come on folks, it really does not get much better than days and days full of fantastic and gut-wrenching games.
Every year, the NCAA and CBS will be presenting all of the games across different networks throughout the entire tournament. CBS will again be the main channel for all of the tournament action as well as the host channel for the Final Four and National Championship games. Before that final weekend comes however, games will also be broadcast on TruTV, TBS and TNT.
The Tournament will officially begin with the First Four games Mar. 13 and 14 in Dayton, Ohio, followed by the First and Second rounds on Mar. 15-18. The Regionals (Sweet Sixteen and Elite Eight) will take place on Mar. 22-25 and they all lead up to the Final Four in San Antonio, Texas on Mar. 31 and the Championship Game on Apr. 2

Another way you can watch all of the action during March Madness is using Sling TV. Sling TV offers subscribers access to TNT as part of its basic package, and that will allow access to both television and live streaming for your mobile devices. Sling TV will provide access to TNT as well as TBS and TruTV throughout the duration of the tournament, while Hulu, another streaming service, will only offer access to CBS.
