High Salary SF

Kevin Durant, GS vs SAC ($11,400): Durant is currently listed as questionable with rib soreness. Assuming he plays, he should still provide a big night for potential owners. 75 percent of Durant is better than anyone the Kings can put on the floor right now. And if Durant isn’t all that hurt, he should be able to put up at least 50 fantasy points with Steph Curry and Klay Thompson out of the lineup. If Durant doesn’t play, you can grab Nick Young on the cheap. ****

Paul George, OKC vs LAC ($8,500): Like Durant, George is also listed as questionable. He said earlier in the week that he plans to play, so I’m going to take his word for it. He needs 36.4 fantasy points to hit value on Friday. He had 42.7 fantasy points against the Clippers on Jan. 4 and is averaging 56 fantasy points in two games against them this season. Assuming he plays, he should be around 40 fantasy points in this one. ****

Jonathon Simmons, ORL vs BOS ($7,000): Simmons had 41.3 fantasy points against the Bucks on Wednesday. It was a tremendous bounce back performance after his 9.2 fantasy point effort the night before. He’s been over value in four of his last five, going 10-plus fantasy points over value in three of those games. His salary as increased quickly, which is a bit concerning because the consistency hasn’t been there from Simmons. With the Celtics banged up, there’s a chance he’s the guy to take advantage of them. ***
