Philadelphia 76ers. 14. team. 93. . . Previous: 10th

Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid are doing everything they can to get their team into the playoffs, leading the 76ers to wins over the Knicks and Nets. They came up short against the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday, falling 101-98, with Myles Turner getting the upper hand on Embiid. While Donovan Mitchell seems poised to help guide the Jazz to the playoffs in the Western Conference (no small feat), Simmons is still the favorite to win the Rookie of the Year award, and if he continues to average a triple-double, like he did last week, he’s going to win that award pretty easily. The 76ers should be able to win their next three games, and then they have a big game on Saturday against the Timberwolves.
