The Rockets saw their long win streak come to an end on Drake Night in Toronto, but they hopped right back up onto the saddle, and have reeled off a five game win streak since then. They survived a cold spell from Eric Gordon, and they’ve figured out how to use Ryan Anderson in their rotation (he doesn’t play).
They can make a run at the No. 1 seed, which seems prudent, but this time will continue to be doubted until they make the NBA Finals. Until then, they’re just a nice team with some good shooters in a great scheme. That’s fine, by the way — they just need to prove things are for real in the postseason
