10. San Jose Sharks (+1)

The San Jose Sharks continue to cash in on their trade deadline acquisition. Evander Kane has remained the Sharks’ best offensive player since joining the team. In nine games, Kane has picked up 10 points. Four of those points came in the Sharks most recent game when Kane scored four goals. The Sharks are currently in the playoff picture holding on to the second position of the Pacific Division. They will be looking forward to trying to make it back to the Stanley Cup finals for the second time in three seasons. They will need to stay healthy, because the Sharks do not have great depth.

The week could not have gone better for San Jose. They won all four of their games, they were able to beat the Detroit Red Wings, then the Edmonton Oilers in overtime. The offense exploded in Calgary totaling an impressive seven goals. The week was capped off with another high scoring victory against the Vancouver Canucks. The Sharks will enjoy a homestand next week as they welcome the New Jersey Devils, Vegas Golden Knights and Calgary Flames to town. If the Sharks keep scoring goals and winning games, they will find themselves in a great position to start the playoffs.
