High Value C

Montrezl Harrell, LAC at MIN ($4,700): Harrell had 42.75 fantasy points against the Blazers on Sunday. He continues to make the most out of his limited minutes and it’s a wonder why he’s not playing 20 minutes a night. When he plays 20-plus minutes, he’s a sure bet to be over value. But in 15 minutes or less, he becomes a risk. He played 31 minutes against Minnesota on Jan. 22, finishing with 32 fantasy points. ***

Greg Monroe, BOS vs OKC ($4,900): Monroe has been over value in four straight and seven of his last eight. He needs 22.3 fantasy points to reach value on Tuesday. Boston will need a big body to throw at Steven Adams and Monroe might be their best option, especially with Al Horford’s inconsistent play in the past month or so. He should be around value. ***

Nerlens Noel, DAL at NO ($3,800): The Pelicans are fourth against centers in their last 15 games. Noel posted 34 fantasy points against the Raptors on Friday. His playing time continues to climb and he’s making the most of it, going over value in five of his last six. He had 16 fantasy points in 18 minutes against the Pelicans on Mar. 3. As long as he plays 20-plus minutes, he’ll be over 20 fantasy points. ***
