The Seattle Seahawks have had arguably the worst offseason of any team so far. They have gotten rid of not only most of their coaches, but also some of their veteran leadership. The loss of Richard Sherman in the secondary is definitely going to hurt, as the team appears to be in some kind of rebuild after failing to make the playoffs for the first time since 2011 last season.

As they head into the 2018 NFL Draft, they need to add talent along the offensive line. Last season, they went out and traded for Duane Brown at the trade deadline, but he was more of a bandaid. If they want to protect their biggest asset, quarterback Russell Wilson, they should spend their first round pick in 2018 on an elite offensive tackle prospect.

Connor Williams has been one of the better left tackles in college football for some time now. He declared early for the NFL Draft, and should certainly hear his name called in the first round. He has the size and strength to stay on the left side at the next level, and this team cannot afford for Wilson to be running for his life every play like he did last season. It could be a long season in Seattle.
