Who are the five most dangerous shooters lurking in the Sweet 16 field?
The Sweet 16 will be featuring a few surprise teams this week. However, it would serve in the best interests of coaches, players, and fans to know very well who the most lethal shooters on the court are.
We’ve seen many a tournament game come down to one final shot. Odds are, we’re going to see it happen again during the dance’s second weekend. If your team is playing against one of the snipers highlighted here when it does, best of luck to you.
There are a lot of excellent marksmen to choose from in this field. I will offer the five most dangerous of all, but first it seems appropriate to pay homage to the talented young men who missed the cut.
I will present these honorable mentions by way of the 2nd and 3rd Team All-Sweet 16 Shooters lists, along with the rates at which each player makes and takes 3-point shots per 100 possessions and their 3-point FG%:
