Ndamukong Suh will be a wrecking ball for the Los Angeles Rams next season, signing a one-year deal.
There once was a time where Ndamukong Suh was the best defensive lineman in football. His behavior on the field soured him in the eyes of many, but the talent he has still speaks for itself. That talent is worth $14 million to the Los Angeles Rams, who signed the Pro Bowler on Monday to add to their already unreal offensive haul.
Last year the Rams were the surprise darling of the NFL, going from one of the worst teams to one looking like it could be really good for a long time.
Contract details
It’s just a one-year deal for Suh, who has the chance to win a Super Bowl and then cash in once he hits free agency again next season.
Former Dolphins’ DT Ndamukong Suh reached agreement with Los Angeles Rams on a one-year, $14 million deal, per source. Suh took less to go to LA.

Suh and Aaron Donald now manning LA’s front.
Of course, don’t rule out the possibility that he likes it so much in Los Angeles that he stays.
National reaction
The Rams defense now features (amongst others):
— Field Yates (@FieldYates) March 26, 2018
Aaron Donald: 2017 Defensive Player of the Year, 3-time first-team All Pro
Ndamukong Suh: 5-time Pro Bowl, 3-time first-team All Pro
Marcus Peters: NFL-best 21 INTs, 55 passes defensed since 2015
Aqib Talib: 5 straight Pro Bowls

Last year the Rams made the playoffs without Suh, Aqib Talib, or Marcus Peters. They’ve added all three plus they brought back Lamarcus Joyner. Add Aaron Donald to that mix and all of a sudden Wade Phillip’s defense is one of the best in football. This is a case of the rich getting even richer, and Rams fans should be pleased with this offseason haul including a guy who not only could play to his insane potential but will be motivated to do so unlike ever before in his career.
