3. Indianapolis Colts

The Colts have to do something to help out Andrew Luck, assuming his arm doesn’t completely fall off the next time he throws a football. Indianapolis had legions of money to throw around this offseason and largely stood by, doing nothing to help improve a team that finished 4-12 a year ago.

Assuming Luck comes back in 2018, his only real weapon is T.Y. Hilton. Outside of the speedster, there is Jack Doyle and a whole bunch of question marks. The Colts have a ton of draft picks to trade for Beckham is they believe they can sign him to a long-term extension. After moving back three spots with the New York Jets to sixth-overall, Indianapolis has three second-round choices this year and two in 2019.

The biggest trick here would be convincing Beckham to play the bulk of his prime in Indianapolis. The Colts would have the absolutely convince the All-Pro that Luck is right, and that owner Jim Irsay is committed to building a winner. Frankly, more than anything else, the Colts will have to pay him through the nose to get him into Naptown.

Indianapolis has the money and picks to make something happen, but nothing is going down unless Beckham is fully on-board.
