LiAngelo Ball has already declared for the 2018 NBA Draft. And 72 points does make a pretty good impression.

The two youngest Ball brothers played in a Big Baller Brand challenge game on Tuesday with their Lithuanian team, Vytautas. Seeing as it wasn’t a league game you can imagine that the brothers wanted to leave their mark on the outcome of this game. And maybe show-off a little too?

Remember back when LiAngelo Ball was in high school and he had a couple of games where he scored 56 points one night, and then the very next game he scored 72. It looks like the middle brother was trying to bring back some of that magic.

During the challenge game, LiAngelo dropped a whopping 72 points again. This comes on the same day that he declared for the 2018 NBA Draft.

His 72 points was actually a part of a double-double on the night as he added 11 rebounds. It’s no secret that Ball is adept at scoring from all over the floor. Unlike his other two brothers, he can get his points from anywhere on the floor. He can hit the three ball and loves to score from the block or the elbow area because he’s a pretty big guard.

Youngest brother LaMelo Ball also added in 36 points with six rebounds. So it’s safe to say both the Ball brothers were on point in the challenge game.

Next: Five games in six days for the Pelicans

LiAngelo has declared for the draft and it should be painfully obvious where his dad LaVar Ball wants him to play. The only problem is that the Los Angeles Lakers don’t own their own pick. If LiAngelo Ball is to end up with his oldest brother it’s probably going to be the less glamorous undrafted free agent route.
