In theory, Taco Bell is really good. Some people swear it’s better than authentic Mexican food. Those people are liars who don’t want to sit around and wait for authentic Mexican food to be cooked. They want to sit in their car, spend $5 on a taco, a burrito, a stacker, nachos, and a drink and move on with their day. Hey, there’s nothing wrong with that. But don’t lie and tell me that it’s better than a food truck burrito or a Mexican restaurant where they bring you nachos for free and tequila shots are $1.

We all know the issue with Taco Bell. I’m not going to say it because this is a family friendly column. But the issue takes place hours after you eat and involves a toilet.

In theory, the Oakland Raiders are good. Derek Carr, Amari Cooper, Marshawn Lynch, Khalil Mack, NaVorro Bowman, Bruce Irvin, etc…. On paper, that’s a team ready to compete. They were a Derek Carr injury away from being in the divisional round last season. This season, nothing went right. The Raiders had…issues.

When you experience your Taco Bell issues, the problem is solved in with 10-20 minutes and a roll of toilet paper.

When the Oakland Raiders experienced issues, they solved it with $100 million.

No one stops eating Taco Bell after their issues. You know the risk when you eat Taco Bell and you accept the risk when you take that first bite of a triple beef and bean burrito. The Raiders knew what they were doing when they recruited Jon Gruden. They accepted the risk when they gave him $100 million.

Taco Bell is still good. The Raiders will likely continue to have issues.
