Washington Redskins – White Castle

Most of you reading this have probably never had White Castle. You only know the chain due to a certain stoner movie. And if you have eaten at White Castle, but have no seen the stoner movie, you’re doing things backwards.

White Castle isn’t good. No one will tell you it’s good. You’re either too stoned to know how bad it is or you accept that it’s bad, but you eat it anyway because it’s cheap.

It’d be unfair to call the Redskins cheap. Sure, they are hassling with Kirk Cousins over pennies, but they have every reason to do so. They gave Albert Haynesworth $100 million to play two seasons and make no impact. It’s arguably the worst free agent signing in NFL history. They gave Josh Norman $75 million without a plan to maximize his talent. In his two seasons on the team, their defense has gotten worse and Norman has often been frustrated with his role and the teams performance.

The Redskins aren’t cheap when it comes to defense.

I’m not even sure they are cheap on offense. I don’t think they wanted to lose DeSean Jackson, Alfred Morris, and Pierre Garcon. Those guys just realized the same things that every fan realizes.

The Redskins aren’t good unless you’ve hit the peace pipe a couple of times.

It’s a sad reality, but we must accept it. The Redskins have not been good in over 20 years. They are coasting off name value at this point. They have seven winning seasons since 1993, but people talk about them like they are a pillar of success.

They’re bad. They’re cheap on offense. And if Harold and Kumar didn’t get high decide that Redskins is a bad name, no one would care about them.
