2. Watching him fend off the young guns of golf will be awesome

The talent youth infusion of golf has been apparent, with the excitement players like Jordan Spieth, Jason Day, Dustin Johnson, and Rory Mcilroy bring to the game. But nothing is quite like Tiger-mania though, and TV ratings are showing that with a solid up-tick coinciding with Tiger’s return.

Currently, there is a four-way tie between Spieth, Johnson, Mcilroy, and Justin Thomas at 10-1 odds at winning the Masters, but Woods is a close 2nd at 12-1 and his odds were as high as 9-1 at one point this week. To see those four fighting it out with a Tiger Woods, who for the first time in his career may actually be an underdog, seems like the script of a Miracle-like movie in the making.

Tiger being back is enough to garner the attention of even the average golf fan, but add in a field that is young, competitive and likely grew up idolizing Woods makes this story one of the best sports has to offer right now.
