The Villanova Wildcats won their second National Championship in three years on Monday night, and fans are ready to adorn themselves with winners’ garb.

In the immortal words of Michael Scott: “Swag! Stuff we all get.”

Everybody loves rocking some fresh swag to represent their favorite team, and Villanova fans can now enjoy one of the most delicious rituals in all of sports championships. Wildcats fans will be going to to town celebrating their team’s 79-62 win over the Michigan Wolverines on Monday night with some fresh new digs.

And judging by the photos released immediately after the Wildcats’ triumphant win, those are some good-looking digs, indeed:

Villanova’s bout with Michigan was fairly evenly paced up through the half — really, surprisingly so. But then things went off the rails as the Wildcats just started raining three-pointers down on the Wolverines. Indeed, according to ESPN Stats & Info, when Villanova reached 26 made three-pointers it marked a new Final Four record.

Wildcats fans already went nuts buying up apparel to celebrate their team’s entry to the Final Four. But that’s child’s play for these Cats now; this is Nova’s third Final Four appearance in the last decade.

The shiny new championship t-shirt is the thing, now.

But maybe Wildcats fans’ beloved championship t-shirts from two years ago have gone through the wash a few too many times. Maybe they’re sporting an unsightly ketchup stain from an ill-fated hot dog at the Pavilion. Maybe they were “borrowed” by a sibling who didn’t see fit to return them.

Maybe it’s time for a new championship t-shirt.

Nova fans should just be sure not to don any of their fresh new gear before they try to shimmy up any greased poles tonight. That’s not gonna come out in the wash.
