Ray Borg has been sent to the hospital following an attack by Conor McGregor on the bus he was riding on. McGregor shattered a window when he threw a dolly at the bus.
It looks like there may be another injury from the Conor McGregor bus attack as reports have surfaced that Ray Borg has now been taken to the hospital with a potential eye injury.
Combate.com journalist Zeca Azevedo tweeted the following (translated from Portuguese):
“Ray Borg, UFC flyweight who was on the bus hit by Conor, will be taken to be examined at the hospital here in New York. He can barely open his eyes, and he believes shrapnel may have entered them. He faces Brandon Moreno, and now the fight is at risk.”
He also tweeted a video of Borg leaving the fighter hotel nursing his right eye.

Mid-Thursday afternoon McGregor stormed a bus filled with UFC fighters who had just wrapped their pre-fight press obligations. He was looking for title contender Khabib Nurmagomedov who was involved in a scuffle with McGregor’s friend Artem Lobov earlier in the week.
Video footage shows McGregor throwing a dolly through the back window of the bus and asking for Nurmagomedov to exit the bus.

Earlier today Michael Chiesa was also hospitalized for what has been called “lots of tiny cuts” all over his face, including in his hairline and on his nose. He intends to remain in his fight tomorrow with Anthony Pettis, but he will still need to be cleared by the athletic commission and make weight.
UFC President Dana White said that a UFC employee was also injured and suffered a “broken knuckle” due to the altercation.
Borg is scheduled to face Brandon Moreno on Saturday night, but his fight is also in jeopardy.
Lobov was removed from the card in response to his part in the incident.
