The Nuggets are on a five-game win streak that has kept their playoff hopes alive. Of course, if they hadn’t blown games against the Suns, Grizzlies, Hawks, and Mavericks earlier this season, they wouldn’t be on the outside of the postseason trying to force their way in with their best winning streak this season. But here they are, winning games without Gary Harris, with Will Barton lighting up the scoreboard while Nikola Jokic is playing some of his best basketball this season. They have two huge games remaining, that are basically must-wins, against Portland tonight and Minnesota on Wednesday. Win and they’re in. Lose and they’re set to enjoy the summer.
