NFL Draft 2018: Top 10 available wide receivers

With the 2018 NFL Draft right around the corner lets take a look at the Top 10 Wide receiver in this years draft class.

In 2017, the NFL Draft watched as Corey Davis, Mike Williams, and John Ross were selected in not only the first round, but the top 10 of the order. This year’s class is doesn’t look like it will follow suit as it is considered to be a  weak class at the position.

With only a couple of receivers who should go first round, lets see who will end up making a splash and what teams will reach for a guy who they see a bright future around the corner with. Who knows, one of these guys could potentially end up a crazy sleeper pick in your fantasy football league and be a stud for the ages.

10. Auden Tate, Florida State

Projected draft position – Round 4-5

At 6-foot-5 and 225 pounds, Tate is an absolute specimen. His game film is littered with one highlight reel catch after the other. Long arms, great body control and catching ability make back shoulder and fade routes seem effortless for Auden.

Tate’s speed and route running will need some work as he is not particularly polished and does tend to rely heavily on his elite size and strength at the position to gain separation and get open. In the red zone is where this former Seminole will make the biggest impact for a team at the next level. His great physical attributes, body control, giant catch radius, and ability to snatch the ball away from his body will give him a great advantage over much smaller defensive backs.

The fact that Tate is such a raw talent begs the question of how good this kid can be. With the right coaching staff and mentors this guy’s ceiling is very high.
