High Salary PF

LaMarcus Aldridge, SA at NO ($10,000): Aldridge was down to 33 minutes against the Kings on Monday, contributing 41 fantasy points. It was his first non-injury value miss in nearly a month. He had 39.25 fantasy points against the Pelicans on Mar. 15. It’s possible that Aldridge and Anthony Davis cancel each other out, leading to value misses for both guys. It’s also possible they raise their game and post big nights. LeBron James is always an option at this position, but there is a minutes risk involved with him. We know Aldridge will play big minutes, unless Gregg Popovich decides he’s going to rest his guys and throw this game. Come to think of it, take LeBron. **

Ersan Ilyasova, PHI vs MIL ($6,300): Ilyasova posted 46 fantasy points against the Hawks on Tuesday. Dario Saric not playing certainly helped his value and there’s a chance the Sixers hold Saric out once again on Wednesday. Philadelphia has plenty to play for, but the Bucks mindset can be questioned as they may prefer the seventh seed. And if they play hard, still lose, and get the Sixers in the first round? That’s not exactly great for their confidence. ****

Nikola Mirotic, NO vs SA ($6,500): Mirotic is on fire right now, going over 50 fantasy points in his last three games. When he’s hot, he’s hot. The Spurs can be a tough matchup, but if they put their attention on Davis and leave Mirotic open, he’s going to burn them. He needs 29.6 fantasy points to reach value on Wednesday. The bottom can drop out at any time with Mirotic, but trust that he’ll continue to make shots and collect rebounds on his way to being over value once again. ****
