Sample Lineup Number One

P – Jacob DeGrom

C/1B – Justin Smoak

2B – Kike Hernandez

3B – Yolmer Sanchez

SS – Trevor Story

OF – Jose Pirela, Adam Frazier, Rhys Hoskins

Utility – DJ LeMahieu

Since this slate is a little weird due to the pitching, we’re going to do two lineups today. One will include DeGrom, who might be the highest owned just by default. The next lineup will have a riskier pitcher and is going to be strictly a GPP play. I definitely want at least one Blue Jay in the lineup today and Smoak is going to be my man. Hernadez is the punt play to free up money while Sanchez should be fairly sneaky. I just can’t pass up Story given his pecking order in the pricing. Pirela and Frazier are basically locked in. That leaves us with ahealthy amount of money, and I’ll take Hoskins in a great home run spot and LeMahieu in a really plus spot as well.

C/1B – Chris Iannetta

2B – DJ LeMahieu

3B – Kris Bryant

SS – Addison Russell

OF – Jose Pirela, Steve Pearce, Adam Frazier

Utility – Bryce Harper

So you can see there’s a couple players that stayed the same. The big differences come in the shape of Kris Bryant and Bryce Harper. The Nationals star outfielder has a great BvP track record against DeGrom and he could pay off with a bomb. We paired certain offensive players together in the hopes that it pays off. This lineup carries a good bit more risk than the first one.
