2018 NFL Mock Draft: Josh Allen heads to Browns
By Brad Weiss
The Jacksonville Jaguars are going to be good in 2018, and this is after making it all the way to the AFC Championship Game last season. While many expected the team to go in another direction at quarterback, they doubled down on Blake Bortles, and will roll with him for the foreseeable future. With the defense loaded up as well, the Jaguars should shift their attention to the offensive line in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
One player who could sneak into the first round is Kolton Miller from UCLA. Protecting Josh Rosen’s blindside for the past few seasons, Miller established himself as one of the best offensive tackles in the Pac-12. The Jaguars need bodies along the offensive line, and Miller is a guy who could slide right in and start as a rookie in 2018.
The AFC South is going to be loaded next season, especially with Deshaun Watson back healthy for the Houston Texans. In addition, the Colts should have Andrew Luck back, and Tennessee is solid once again, so it is going to be hard to even come out of the division. Jacksonville has the talent to be in contention in the conference once again this season, and Miller helps them up front immediately.
