The eight team Euro League playoffs kick off on Tuesday. The four best of five game series winners will meet in the Final Four. Here with go with the second batch of Game 1’s!
We have a lot less players to choose from with only four teams in action at a time. The value picks are going to be all the more important.
The cash line in the EuroLeague is usually right around 150 DraftKings points. That means we are looking for 3x value instead of the 5-6x we chase in the NBA. It could be even less with less options on the table.

Guards:
Vassilis Spanoulis is the highest priced guard out there, and unlike yesterday, he is actually worth it. Spanoulis hasn’t been under 20 DraftKings points since March 2nd, and has been over 30 all but twice since then. However, his average against Zalgiris was only 23.6 in two games this year. For that reason, a switch to Kevin Pangos is not a bad idea. Pangos averaged 26 in two games against Olympiacos even though his production hasn’t been as consistent as Spanoulis over the last month.
There is a lot of value at guard today, starting with Matt Janning. Janning is averaging 17 DraftKings points per round over the last five rounds. His workload, could increase with Jayson Granger out as well. That also makes Marcelino Huertas a very attractive option. If you are looking to go really cheap, Luca Vildoza will also see more run than usual, and he costs just $3,400.
Aside from the five minute disaster against Khimki, Marko Guduric has played well lately. He has averaged 23.8 DraftKings points over the last three rounds without that Khimki game. Guduric played pretty well against Baskonia this year, who is a little thin in the backcourt for this one without Granger.
Beno Udrih put up 22 DraftKings points against Zalgiris in the last round of the regular season. The real question here is whether Udrih will play enough in this one to get the chance to do it again. The same is true for Brian Roberts, but the difference is that Roberts didn’t play much above his normal allowance of minutes. Therefore, Roberts is the safer pick in the super value tier.
Forwards:
Tornike Shengelia is about as consistent as they come at forward. He has only been under 20 DraftKings points once in the last 12 rounds. The 24.9 DraftKings point average against Fenerbahce this year also looks pretty good right now. Despite Jan Vesely‘s lack of consistency, he did put up 51 DraftKings points in two games against Shengelia’s Baskonia team this year. Vesely could turn out to be the better option at a lower price.
Georgios Printezis will return for Olympiacos today. He was riding a string of nine straight rounds of more than 20 DraftKings points prior to his March 23rd injury. That will take a chunk out of the production of Nikola Milutinov, but just how much is the real question here. Milutinov played very well with Printezis out. It will throw a big wrench in this situation if Kostas Papanikolaou makes his return as well. Keep a close eye on this up until tipoff.
Luigi Datome and James Nunnally are both decent picks because they both get solid run for Fenerbahce. It’s part of the reason why Fenerbahce is so good defensively up front. Nunnally had the better games against Baskonia this year, but they were both right around 3x value.
Edgaras Ulanovas still looks like a solid value play. I don’t trust the value on Papapetrou with Olympiacos getting one and maybe two key frontcourt components back today. Ulanovas or Brandon Davies are much better options.
Stay tuned for our MLB DFS picks for the three major sites, along with DFS plays for the PGA tour and the EPL. Don’t forget about the NBA. We haven’t!
