High Salary PG

Damian Lillard ($9,600): Lillard will show up at some point. I think. Honestly, with the job Jrue Holiday has done on him, it’s tough to take Lillard with any confidence right now. He needs at least 40 fantasy points to reach value. Logic says there’s no way he plays as poorly as he did in Game 2. But you can’t afford for him to give you less than 30 fantasy points like he did in that game. Proceed with caution. ***

Rajon Rondo ($7,000): Playoff Rondo delivered 35.5 fantasy points in Game 2. His salary has jumped to where he needs 29.6 fantasy points to reach value in Game 3. Playoff Rondo is a real thing and he continues to deliver in this series. Being back at home with a 2-0 lead, the Pelicans are in a great position to go up at least 3-1. Expect another solid performance from Rondo. ****

High Value PG

Goran Dragic ($6,300): Dragic was right at value in Game 2. But he played only 26 minutes as Dwyane Wade was cooking. His struggles against the Sixers have been there all season and the first two games don’t project much confidence. But being at home, maybe he’s able to step up a bit. I don’t love him, but think he’ll be reliable enough. ***

Patty Mills ($4,800): Mills had 26.1 fantasy points in Game 2. His shooting can be a difference maker for San Antonio, but if he’s not scoring, he’s not giving you much of anything. There aren’t many great guard options for the Spurs and Mills is a guy who can get hot. **
