New England Patriots 2018 schedule release: Games, dates and times
The Patriots are looking to bounce back in a big way in 2018, and they’ll have some huge games to get through if they want to get back to the Super Bowl.
The New England Patriots are always a team to look out for any time a team’s schedule is released, and it’s the same as we get ready for the 2018 season.
The team is bringing back a nice mix of old faces and fresh blood into the new year, and it’ll provide a nice new twist with a hefty schedule to deal with. Between the usual battles against their AFC East rivals like the Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins and New York Jets, new foes to deal with in other AFC divisions, and some big NFC matchups, it’ll be a tough schedule in Foxboro in 2018.
The best games on the schedule are undoubtedly the Vikings, Jaguars and Steelers matchups, but the game on the road against the Detroit Lions will be a fun battle between mentor and mentee when Bill Belichick and Matt Patricia square off on the sidelines.
On the other end, the games against the Miami Dolphins will give former Patriots wide receiver Danny Amendola the chance to get some revenge on his former squad. The same goes for the Tennessee Titans game, with Malcolm Butler getting to prove to Belichick why he should’ve played in Super Bowl LII.
