Third Base, High End Spend
Nolan Arenado, $4,800
.235/.278/.235 with 0 HR in 17 at-bats
Since Coors Field is on the slate, the top-end option is Arenado. Heās money when heās at home and even against righty pitching, his career numbers in Coors are a .300 batting average, .895 OPS, .252 ISO and a .376 wOBA. He does draw Kyle Hendricks, who limits hard contact when heās at his best. Itās Arenado in Coors. Hendricks shouldnāt scare you off if you want to pay all the way up at the position. It should be noted that Arenado is coming off a lengthy suspension so maybe his timing is a bit off.

Mid-Range
Adrian Beltre, $3,400
.232/.358/.304 with 1 HR in 56 at-bats
Seattle starter Felix Hernandez isnāt exactly a good pitcher anymore. His strikeout rate is down and his fly ball rate and hard contact given up are both up. Hernandez is giving up a .343 wOBA so far in 2018 and thatās with a .96 ERA to the handedness. On the other side of things, Beltre is still hitting righties well with a .803 OPS and a .350 wOBA. Beltre doesnāt exactly have a lot of help in the lineup right now due to injuries. Joey Gallo is likely the best other hitter in the lineup and heās got his flaws. Even with any issues, Beltre is still a great one-off play tonight.
Also Consider āĀ Colin Moran, $2,900 and Rafael Devers, $3,600
Value
Miguel Andujar, $2,600
N/A
The young gun for the Yankees has started to heat up, with double-digit FanDuel points in four of his last six games. Granted, the other two games were zeroes. However, Andujar is up against a hittable righty in Marco Estrada tonight in Yankee Stadium. Estrada is better against righty hitters but itās not a major split. In his extremely small sample size in the majors, Andujar has hit better against right-handed pitching. Maybe you could luck into a cheap home run in New York tonight.
