Nathan MacKinnon and Gabriel Landeskog have been stellar so far in this series and are a big part of why the Avalanche are still in the playoffs. They will pose some problems for the Predators in Game 5 due to the speed and skill they bring on the top line.
Nashville’s depth is what the Avalanche will be preparing for. Filip Forsberg, Ryan Johansen and Kevin FIala will be a challenge for Colorado. The Predators have 10 other players who have at least 10 or more goals. They’re a dangerous team and potent offense that will be tough to defend.

Defense is in the Predators’ favor and it has helped prevent the Avalanche from going off in this series. Colorado has been playing without Erik Johnson, and has to try and make up for his absence. The last four games have been high-scoring events and Game 5 looks to be no different.
Even though the Avalanche did lose 3-2 Wednesday night and are down 3-1 in the series, this will still be a fun and intense game as everything is riding on the outcome.
