High Salary PG
Russell Westbrook ($10,900): Despite scoring just 19 points, Westbrook still managed 58.75 fantasy points in Game 2. As always, you typically know what you’re getting with Westbrook. He’s going to put up big numbers in all categories, get a double-double, and likely post a triple-double. There’s never a concern with Westbrook and numbers, and with these games being close, there’s no a concern with minutes either. He’ll be over 50 fantasy points once again. *****
Rajon Rondo ($7,600): You can’t stop Playoff Rondo, you can only hope to contain him. While Jrue Holiday is getting it done as well, Rondo has been the better value. He’s getting enough points and his typical high number of assists. Portland looks dead in the water and Playoff Rondo hasn’t lost in years. ****
High Value PG
Dwyane Wade ($5,100): Wade was down to 20 fantasy points in Game 3. He got his shots, he just wasn’t hitting them. After his Game 2 performance, producing the same game in Game 3 was always questionable. With the season on the line, Wade will bring his best effort, but this matchup is tough sledding. **
Josh Richardson ($5,000): Much like Wade, Richardson had a rough Game 3. The problem is, there isn’t much value at point guard past the high salary guys. I’ll touch on more players in my game-by-game preview. The one thing certain about Richardson is he’s going to get minutes to produce. That’s better than you can say for a lot of guys around this salary. **
