High Salary PF

Ben Simmons ($10,200): The Heat have had no answer for Simmons in this series. And with Joel Embiid back, that’s going to open things up even more for Simmons. He’s operating on another level right now and that’s not going to change in Game 4. Maybe he’s not quite the play he was with Embiid sitting, but he’s still a safe bet to give you at least 45 fantasy points. ****

Nikola Mirotic ($8,100): Playoff Mirotic has arrived. As mentioned earlier, the Blazers are doing the best they can to limit Jrue Holiday and Anthony Davis. And Mirotic has made them pay. He’s red hot right now and as a streaky player, you have to see this hot streak through until the end. I keep waiting for the bottom to drop, but it’s looking pretty stable at the moment. ****

High Value PF

Dario Saric ($6,600): Even with Embiid back in the lineup, Saric continues to deliver. He’s been a problem for Miami all season and that’s continued in the playoffs. His salary keeps climbing and he needs 29.7 fantasy points to reach value. Embiid cuts into his value a bit, but the Sixers will likely monitor Embiid’s minutes seeing as they don’t exactly need him in this series. ***

Derrick Favors ($5,400): Favors produced 45.7 fantasy points in Game 2. Foul trouble by Steven Adams presented more rebounding opportunities for Favors and he cashed in. He also made it a goal to be more physical against Carmelo Anthony, which should continue into Game 3. Instead of going away from Favors, like I thought they would, they went to him more. That’s why I’m not a coach. ***
