The Oregon Ducks will hold their first spring game under head coach Mario Cristobal on Saturday.

The Oregon Ducks are starting off yet another campaign with a new man in charge. Mario Cristobal is taking over the program after Willie Taggart bolted for Florida State before the start of bowl season.

Cristobal has had his chance to coach the Ducks once already in the Las Vegas Bowl and has had his time to begin implementing his vision for the program. On Saturday, Oregon will host their first spring practice under Cristobal.

After a disastrous end to the Mark Helfrich tenure led the Ducks to an area of the standings they haven’t been used to, they began to make progress last season toward climbing back to the top of the standings again.
