Avalanche vs. Predators live stream, Game 6: TV schedule, online and more

Down 3-2 in their first round series with the Nashville Predators, the Colorado Avalanche will go for the tie on Sunday afternoon at home. Check below for the full TV schedule and online listings.
The Colorado Avalanche weren’t supposed to make this a series. While they clawed pretty hard to make the playoffs and had a ton of momentum to end the regular season, the Nashville Predators were expected to take this one without any issues. That’s been far from the case through five games.
On Sunday, the Avalanche come home with a chance to tie this one and send it back to the Music City for a Game 7. The biggest reason they’re even in a Game 6, though, is goaltender Andrew Hammond. On Friday, he was brilliant. Hammond started Game 5 in place of an injured Jonathan Bernier only to swat off 44 of 45 en route to a 2-1 Avs victory.
But it was certainly close to being over anyway. If not for a display of David Blaine type magic by Nathan MacKinnon late in the third, Game 5 might have been it for Colorado.
Sven Andrighetto gave them the lead with just over a minute left to complete one of the best comebacks this franchise has seen in a while.

Meanwhile, what’s going through the mind of the Predators? Arguably they haven’t looked like the team that won the President’s Trophy. Sure, at times they’ve dominated. But so has Colorado. For our money, this series has been pretty even. That isn’t good news for Nashville, especially if it goes to a Game 7. Right now the pressure is squarely on its shoulders to take Game 6 and end this thing.
Colorado and Nashville have both come out flat in various games so far, only to pick up the pace late. We’re going to be looking for them to start fast in this one and try to gain the upper hand in a hurry. Especially the Preds. If they fall behind in the first or second, how will they respond? They showed the fortitude throughout the entirety of the regular season, but can they conjure their guts when they need them most?
