Does Avengers: Infinity War have a post-credits scene?

Avengers: Infinity War is one of the most highly-anticipated films of the year, but will it feature a post-credits scene?

Staying after a movie in the hopes of a post credits-scene is something for which Marvel has become known. This has become such a staple of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, that people even stay through the credits in DC films in the hopes that we might get some sort of teaser for the next addition.

But will there be a post credits-scene for Avengers: Infinity War?

Rumors have been swirling that there might not be, as Avengers 4 is not all that far away from Infinity War and there is the potential for Infinity War to end dramatically, causing a post credits-scene to be anti-climactic

However, there have been post-credit scenes so far in the majority of films in the MCU, so it should be pretty safe to assume that Infinity War will have a post credits-scene.

Anyone who does not decide to stay could miss something important heading into the next Marvel phase. The post-credits scene could be something relevant, as the appearances of Thanos in both the Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron, or it could just be there for laughs like Captain America talking about patience in Spider-Man: Homecoming or Howard the Duck in Guardians of the Galaxy – either way they are always worth it.

If you’re still worried there might not be a post-credits scene, the Russo Brothers have stated that there is a reason to stick around until after the credits.

I do not believe that after so many films featuring a post-credits scene that they would suddenly delve from something that gave fans a legitimate reason to stay and watch the names of all the people who worked hard on their new favorite film scroll down the screen.
