High Value PF

Carmelo Anthony ($5,600): Anthony has been over value in all three games. He needs 24.7 fantasy points to reach value in Game 4. Given the minutes he plays and the opportunities he gets in the Thunder offense, he’s a solid option at this price. Even on an off-night, he’ll post 25 fantasy points. ***

Derrick Favors ($5,600): Favors followed up his 45.7 fantasy point effort with 25 fantasy points in Game 3. His rebounding numbers took the expected dip, but he’s still a solid role player who logs big minutes on Utah. Much like Anthony, he’s good for at least value at this price. Favors has proven to have the higher ceiling in this series. Of the two, he’s the more preferable option. ***

Ryan Anderson ($3,600): Anderson played his first game in nearly three weeks, posting 21.1 fantasy points in 19 minutes in Game 3. If he’s healthy and able to play nearly 20 minutes, he’ll continue to get shots from deep. His value is almost exclusively tied to his ability to hit 3’s, although he may grab a rebound or two. As a punt option at this position, he’s a decent bet. *
