Sample Lineup Number One

P – Carlos Carrasco

C/1B – Daniel Vogelbach

2B – Yoan Moncada

3B – Kike Hernandez

SS – Marcus Semien

OF – Charlie Blackmon, Mark Cahna, Franchy Cordero

Utility – Tyler Naquin

I really do believe that Carrasco is the ā€œsafestā€ pitcher on the slate, even though Baltimore does have power through the lineup and shortstop Manny Machado is hitting everything in sight. Since I think Blackmon is in the running as the best offensive player on the slate, we’ll need to be judicious with our funds elsewhere. Vogelbach, Hernandez and Naquin are all in good spots that could hopefully pay off. Moncada, Semien, Cahna and Cordero all should provide some production given their price tags and the spot that they’re in tonight.

Sample Lineup Number Two

P – Trevor Cahill

C/1B – Yasmani Grandal

2B – Jose Altuve

3B – Jose Ramirez

SS – Marcus Semien

OF – Matt Kemp, Wil Myers, Max Kepler

Utility – Alex Bregman

If you go the route of pitching Cahill, your options are basically limitless on offense. This lineup gets a little piece of Coors Field with Myers, the two/three hitters for the Astros, two Dodgers, and then a one off of Semien and Kepler. even with this lineup, it leaves out any of the Seattle Mariners offense. It’s impossible to get a piece of every offense we’re going to want tonight because the bottom line is there are a ton of offenses in really good spots. There could be a lot of high scores, especially in GPP’s.

Stacks to Consider – A’s(at Texas), Astros(at Los Angeles of Anaheim), Ā Padres or Rockies, Dodgers(vs Miami) and Mariners(at Chicago)
