Bucks-Celtics (Series Tied 2-2)

I love Antetokounmpo at his salary. Milwaukee role players showed up at home, but it’ll be tougher for them to get going on the road. That means Antetokounmpo, and proven contributor Khris Middleton, will have to carry the load. I have no doubts about their ability to contribute.

Jabari Parker is the x-factor. He’s played well in the last two games, but his salary has gone up and I question his ability to contribute on the road in a big game. The Celtics figured out a lot in their Game 4 comeback that fell short. Brad Stevens is smart enough to continue to exploit those things. I’m less confident in Milwaukee’s ability to adjust.

That’s why I’m not quite as high on Thon Maker. He’ll get minutes to contribute, assuming John Henson is out, but he was played off the court by the end of Game 4.

Malcolm Brogdon isn’t a bad option at his price. He goes against the “role players play better at home” theory, but he had a big impact in Game 1 and gets good looks in the offense.

Al Horford and Jaylen Brown are good at their salary. Especially Horford, who remains the best player on the Celtics and with a lower salary than Brown. Tatum has looked good for the majority of the series and that should continue in Game 5. The same goes for Terry Rozier. Aron Baynes remains a solid center option due to the playing time he gets and the Bucks lack of size.

As mentioned earlier, Marcus Morris is a guy I’m expecting a bounce back game from. He still gets opportunities to produce in the Boston offense, his magical “make tough shots” powers simply didn’t travel to Milwaukee. He’ll be better back in Boston.

Semi Ojeleye is an interesting name. Not because he’s likely to hit value, but he’s the guy who played Thon Maker off the court. He may get enough minutes to make a potential impact. I’m not saying play him, just want to give him a shoutout.
