We are back with Game 3’s of the Euro League playoffs. These are all best of five series, so CSKA has a chance to be the only team to sweep, and they could do it against their cross town rivals!
We have a lot less players to choose from with only four teams in action at a time. The value picks are going to be all the more important.
The cash line in the EuroLeague is usually right around 150 DraftKings points. It’s become higher than that in the playoffs. The cash line was down in the 130’s on Friday, but this is the slate that has been producing the larger numbers.

Guards:
Nick Calathes has put up better numbers in his series than Alexey Shved has in his. If using one of the top two, Calathes is the best bet. Honestly, I’m dropping down to Sergio Rodriguez, who has been a monster in the first two games of this series. Sergio has 88.5 DraftKings points in the first two games against Khimki. Sergio should come up huge again.
Mike James hasn’t quite been up to Sergio’s pace, but he has put up 72.75 DraftKings points in the first two games. Those totals top the two game totals of both Calathes and Shved, but Shved has a higher single game total than anyone but Sergio.
Cory Higgins is a great value play with Nando de Colo being ruled out for the rest of the postseason. Higgins was playing well anyway, but his production could hit another level here.
Real Madrid loses Facundo Campazzo for the rest of the season, but they finally get former EuroLeague MVP Sergio Llull back. Llull is a bit of a risk in his first game back, but Real Madrid wouldn’t put him out there if he wasn’t ready. Llull could be a big value here, but there is some risk involved.
Stefan Markovic has been a more solid value pick than James Anderson so far in this series, and he comes a full $600 cheaper. Marcus Denmon remains a great value pick at just $3,600. He has three straight games of more than 12 DraftKings points, so there is some potential here.

Forwards:
Will Clyburn has been huge for CSKA in their series with Khimki. Clyburn has 60.5 DraftKings points over the two games, which puts him a little over 3x value. That’s pretty rare for the upper tier guys. However, Gustavo Ayon still has higher upside. He is just far less consistent.
Anthony Gill was huge for Khimki in Game 2, but it still wasn’t enough to pull out the win. I expect to see Gill heavily involved in the offense again facing elimination. That makes him a solid upside play. Keep an eye on the status of Tyler Honeycutt though. If Honeycutt plays, I’m off of Gill.
Trey Thompkins has 48.75 DraftKings points over the first two games, making him the most reliable Real Madrid frontcourt player. I still prefer Othello Hunter for my value pick though.
The whole Khimki frontcourt has struggled, but Thomas Robinson has struggled less than the rest, and he is also the cheapest. There could be value here. If you don’t want to take a chance on T-Rob, Egor Vialtsev continues to put up very good numbers for Khimki. Foul trouble limited him in Game 2, and he still hit value for this price!
Semen Antonov has come out of nowhere for CSKA in the playoffs. He has 41.25 DraftKings points in the first two games, and is super cheap!
