Sample Lineup Number One

P – Carlos Martinez

C/1B – Carlos Santana

2B – Ozzie Albies

3B – Jeimer Candelario

SS – J.P. Crawford

OF – Ryhs Hoskins, Adam Frazier, Ronald Acuna

Utility – Nick Williams

So this lineup locks in one of the two ace pitcher available and you can see why that extra $1,300 comes in handy. I love the Phillies today and I’ll load up with three lefty bats and one of the best on the entire slate. Hoskins has a great chance of going deep today and the value of Crawford and Williams makes everything work. Candelario is in a fantastic matchup and I’m flat out playing Acuna. That’s just all there is to it. I don’t feel like we’re going to have to wait long for his first big game.

Sample Lineup Number Two

P – Sean Newcomb

C/1B – Carlos Santana

2B – Sean Rodriguez

3B – Jeimer Candelario

SS – Eduardo Escobar

OF – Rhys Hoskins, Ronald Acuna, Nicholas Castellanos

Utility – Odubel Herrera

Next: Every MLB team’s Mount Rushmore

This lineups isn’t crazy different than the one with Martinez. The key difference is it’s not quite as reliant on the cheap punt plays to make the big bats work. The cheapest player is Sean Rodriguez, who usually sees playing time against lefties. After a long day at the ball park yesterday, he’s got a good shot at a start today. We’ve got a Detroit two man stack, a Philly three man, and a couple of well placed one-offs. I’m crazy about the Phillies today. Just remember, it’s a small slate. I always cut my bet back a little bit because the margin for error is smaller. If Philly gets rolled today, my money is likely out the window. Bankroll management is key.

Stacks To Consider – Phillies(vs Arizona), Pirates(vs Detroit), Yankees(vs Minnesota)
