Phenom prospect Ronald Acuna is being called up by the Atlanta Braves, so bring on the new era.
The Atlanta Braves have been through plenty of dark days. They have rebuilt the organization into a youthful cycle of talent in the minor leagues. Also, some of their young impact players are moving up to the big leagues such as Ozzie Albies. He has excelled at the major league level so far. Hopefully, new comer Ronald Acuna can do the same. The young stud will make his major league debut tonight against the Cincinnati Reds.
Acuna is the top prospect in baseball and looks like a future superstar. He has five-tool potential and could get there very shortly. Fans all around the game have been clamoring for his debut since the start of the season. Acuna had a bad start to the season, hitting .232 with 1 home run with 2 RBI in 78 plate appearances. Although, he has hit better every level that he has moved up in the past. With that said, maybe he will get a spark tonight against the Reds pitching.
The Braves have been competitive so far this season, even though they look like a year away. The club has plenty of controllable assets that will carry this team into the future. Their young staff has some need for improvement, and there are still arms on the way. Atlanta’s core players aren’t even in the prime of their careers, so it should be exciting to see what they can do.
Acuna could be the lightning rod this team needs to put them over the top. The club has lost two games in a row, but the team should beat the terrible Reds. This will be a very anticipated debut and is exciting for all of Atlanta. He is a special talent that could kick start the franchise’s window of contention. He will most likely play tonight over outfielder Preston Tucker, who has surprised with the bat this season.

The young stud is a generational talent that not just Braves fans should watch, but everyone who is associated with baseball.
