Marseille face Red Bull Salzburg at Stade Velodrome on Thursday, April 26. Here’s all the info you need to watch.

The Europa League semifinal kicks off on Thursday with Marseille hosting Red Bull Salzburg at Stade Velodrome. Marseille are fourth in Ligue 1, while Red Bull Salzburg are closing in on clinching the Austrian Bundesliga title.

After losing the first leg to RB Leipzig 1-0, Marseille returned to France and won 5-2. Florian Thauvin and Dimitri Payet were both excellent in the second leg, scoring a goal and assisting on another. Thauvin has been Marseille’s best player this season. The French winger has scored 22 goals and added 17 assists in all competitions this season. Payet has been the creative force driving Marseille’s attack. The French international has nine goals and 20 assists in all competitions this season.

Red Bull Salzburg lost their quarterfinal first leg 4-2 against Lazio. The loss was just the third of the season for Salzburg. It looked like Lazio would advance to the semifinal after Ciro Immobile scored in the 55th minute. However, a minute later Salzburg scored to begin their comeback. Salzburg scored three more goals in the final 20 minutes, winning 4-1. Munas Dabbur had a goal and two assists against Lazio. Dabbur leads Salzburg with 26 goals in all competitions and will be relied on for goals against Marseille. Salzburg’s full-backs will both try to get forward and send passes into the box. Andreas Ulmer and Stefan Lainer have combined for 24 assists this season.
