BATON ROUGE, LA – OCTOBER 14: DJ Chark /

61. Jacksonville Jaguars: D.J. Chark, WR, LSU

Chark is 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, and gives Blake Bortles a nice weapon on the outside to replace Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns. The Jaguars got another speedy receiver to go with Keelan Cole and Marqise Lee on the perimeter.

Grade: B+

62. Minnesota Vikings: Brian O’Neill, OT, Pittsburgh

O’Neill is a 297-tackle who might be a bit if a project. However, he’s athletic and raw, something the talent-heavy Vikings can deal with. Minnesota is hoping that O’Neill ends up sticking at left tackle.

Grade: C+

63. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Carlton Davis, CB, Auburn

Davis is another addition to the Buccaneers defense in this draft, the third in as many picks. Tampa Bay had to make sure that the secondary was fixed up, and after taking a pair of corners in the second round, that ought to do it.

Grade: B+

64. Indianapolis Colts: Tyquan Lewis, DE, Ohio State

The Colts take their fourth second-round pick here, and it’s another front seven player who can get pressure. Indianapolis lands Lewis here, a two-time Big Ten First-Team talent. Not bad for Ballard and Co.

Grade: B
