He has more home runs, a higher batting average, higher slugging percentage, and a lower strikeout percentage than Stanton and Judge. Gregorius leads the MLB in RBIs this season as well. Quite frankly, he is playing like an MVP candidate and is doing arguably the biggest reason for the Yankees success this year.

Luckily for the Yankees, he has had more success at home, countering Stanton’s lack of success at home. Gregorius has hit every home run in his career to right field, making the short porch in Yankee stadium optimal for his hitting. He has increased his pull percentage to almost 50% and this could be a big reason for his success this year.

Right now, the man they call Sir Didi has been the best Yankee this year and has shown no signs of slowing down.
