High Salary PF
Ben Simmons ($9,900): Simmons posted 37.4 fantasy points in Game 1. The Celtics were able to make him uncomfortable and indecisive, which is what I feared heading into the first game. He struggled against Boston all season and while he won’t be a bust due to his role on the team, he may be slightly under value once again. ***
High Value PF
Kevin Love ($6,500): I tried to give Love some benefit of the doubt on the low salary. And he still missed value. His rebounding numbers were up, but he hasn’t scored much all playoffs and that didn’t change in Game 1. He’s back to being a risky option as his salary has slightly increased. **
Dario Saric ($6,300): Saric contributed 29.4 fantasy points in Game 1. Like many Philadelphia players, he struggled to shoot the ball, especially from deep. But he makes up that loss of scoring value with rebounding and assists. He’ll be his usual solid self once again in Game 2. ***
Jeff Green ($4,000): I loved Green in Game 1 due to his regular season success against Toronto. He didn’t let me down, finishing with 30.9 fantasy points. There’s always a certain risk with Jeff Green because he’s Jeff Green, but he’s been killing Toronto all season. ***
