1. Milwaukee Bucks

There can be no question what the most attractive NBA opening is this offseason. The presence of Giannis Antetokounmpo makes the Bucks’ job a huge opportunity for their next potential coach.

Very simply, the chance to coach a player who could win an MVP award one day doesn’t come around very often. That’s exactly the chance the Bucks can sell to potential candidates. The presence of Giannis in Milwaukee for the foreseeable future makes sure the franchise will stay relevant.

Scouts have varying opinions about the Bucks’ supporting cast, but there are intriguing talents there. Khris Middleton has emerged as a very dangerous offensive weapon. Jabari Parker’s potential still makes him a tantalizing player if the Bucks elect to keep him around. Some people still believe Eric Bledsoe can be a starting point guard.

Again, having Giannis in the fold is enough to carry Milwaukee to the Eastern Conference Playoffs almost entirely by himself. The Bucks’ new coach challenge will be to push the team further than the first round.

Milwaukee will justifiably put a lot of immediate pressure on their next coach to deliver results. Some coaches might be put off by that, but the better ones will embrace that challenge. The Milwaukee Bucks have the best opening in the NBA this offseason. They have to capitalize on this unique opportunity.
