Sixers-Celtics (Rockets Lead 3-1)

With only one game on the schedule, your only DraftKings option is Showdown. If you’re unfamiliar with Showdown, it’s a one game league where you have six spots, positions don’t matter, salaries are inflated from your typical leagues, and you have to select at least one player from each team.

The Celtics are unbeaten in five home games in the playoffs. All of their players play better in Boston while the road team has been prone to mistakes that they typically don’t make otherwise.

Joel Embiid ($14,500) finally struggled in Game 4. He had just 15 shots, his lowest total of the series thus far. Seeing as the Sixers won, maybe they go away from Embiid a bit more to get others involved, but I wouldn’t count on it. He’s struggled with his shot this series, but he’s a matchup problem. Expect him to bounce back in Game 5.

Ben Simmons ($12,700) has looked better since his one point performance in Game 2. The main thing is he’s rebounding more and getting into the offense sooner. I’ve been down on him all series, but he’s starting to look more reliable.

With the Celtics record at home this postseason, it’s tough not love a lot of their players.
Al Horford ($11,600) and Terry Rozier ($11,300) in particular have been fantastic at home. They struggled in Game 4, but expect them to be much better in Game 5. Meanwhile, Jayson Tatum ($10,800) has been consistent all series.

I’ve been high on Dario Saric ($9,900) and he hasn’t let me down. He’s been consistent and he exploded in Game 4. Even if he doesn’t provide the same scoring, he’s been providing just enough scoring to go along with his rebounding and passing to get you value.

If you’re looking for high salary pairs. Pairing two of the three Celtics will likely pay off more than pairing Saric with Simmons.

Marcus Smart ($8,500) is just over the average salary and he’s been a valuable piece with his all-around contributions. J.J. Redick ($7,700) was great in Games 1 and 2. He couldn’t buy a bucket in Game 4, but expect him to rebound as Marco Belinelli ($3,700) and Ersan Ilyasova ($4,000) struggle.

Marcus Morris ($6,500) played well in both road games. He’s been solid at home all postseason. A lot hinges on Jaylen Brown ($7,100) being on a minutes restriction or not. If he remains on a restriction, Morris doesn’t have the ceiling of Brown, but is more reliable.

T.J. McConnell ($5,200) was great in Game 4 and played well in Game 2. Assume he’s going to get big minutes once again, but proceed with caution. Robert Covington ($4,700) had one great game, but has been invisible in other three. As a low cost with a lot of potential, maybe you take a risk.

Aron Baynes ($4,400) will give you something, but I’d rather take the risk with Ilyasova given his upside.
